THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT
The Greenhouse Effect is the gases in the Earth's atmosphere trapping heat, keeping the Earth warm. These gases are called greenhouse gases, for example Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Nitrous oxide, and water vapor. These gases are very beneficial because they keep Earth at a habitable temperature for humans, animals, and plant life.
Some gases are natural, but most of the Greenhouse gases are released through the generation of electricity.

CLIMATE CHANGE
According to {E.I.A.} carbon dioxide levels have increased tremendously over past few hundred years. This diagram shows the data starting around the 1700s, which was right around the time that the industrial revolution started as well.
Natural gases are useful for the Earth, but the continual dramatic increases of carbon could lead to some fatal disasters.
The more carbon levels increase, the more the temperatures increase.High temperatures can lead to glaciers melting which leads to the acumulation of water levels and temperatures. The increasing of water temperature can also cause hurricanes. And all of these dramatic weather changes could also cause more rainfall.
